FAO (ingelesez Food and Agriculture Organization, euskaraz ''Elikadura eta Nekazaritza Erakundea'') Nazio Batuen Erakundeko agentzia espezializatua da. Haren helburu garrantzitsuena nazioartean gosearen aurkako lana gidatzea da. FAOren baitan estatu guztiek parte hartzen dute, besteak beste, informazio eta ezagutza trukaketan eta herrialde azpigaratuetako nekazaritza hobetu eta eguneratzeko ahaleginetan. Horrez gainera, gaur egun beste hainbat alorretan ere lan egiten du, hala nola, elikadura segurtasunean, basogintzan, arrantzan, eta abarretan.

1945eko urriaren 16an sortu zen Quebecen. FAOren bulego nagusiak Washingtonen egon ziren hasieran, baina 1951tik aurrera Erroman daude. 2006ko apirilean 190 kide zituen (189 estatu eta Europako Batasuna).
