Yang Xiaojun (; born 18 May 1963) is a Chinese volleyball player who competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.

In 1984, Yang was a member of the Chinese volleyball team that won the Olympic gold medal.
