Paul Richard Halmos (* 3. März 1916 in Budapest; † 2. Oktober 2006 in Los Gatos, Kalifornien, USA) war ein US-amerikanischer Mathematiker ungarischer Herkunft, der auf den Gebieten Wahrscheinlichkeitstheorie, Statistik, Ergodentheorie, Funktionalanalysis (insbesondere Hilberträume) und mathematische Logik geforscht hat.
