John W. Firor
John W. Firor (October 18, 1927 – November 5, 2007) was an American physicist. He was director of the High Altitude Observatory (HAO) from 1961 to 1968, and director of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) from 1968 to 1974.Provided by Wikipedia
