Howard C. Caldwell Jr. (July 18, 1925 – September 11, 2017) was an American broadcaster from Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the anchor for WRTV (Chanel 6) in Indianapolis for 35 years. He was the first U.S. journalist to interview Indira Gandhi, contributed to two documentaries, authored two books, and received many awards and honors.
